Our Rastro began a few generations back in 1955 on September 7 we inaugurated our family business with cattle. A business our grandma is still a part of and has the original Ranch. It has always been a place of inclusion of those in need getting a job and buys getting quality products. the 1950’s in the state of Durango, Mexico by our grandfather who was a United States Veteran. He moved to Mexico to create opportunities in the cattle and agricultural industry. It is a business still held today within the family, still owning, herding, and growing from its official ranch in Durango. but has since, a few years back, move its headquarters back to the United States. The US has become our new home and a strategic center for distribution, under the family’s asset management company Morpho. It began with a man with a vision for his family in a time of need that generations later continues nowadays to be a source for others looking for provisions and to create opportunities.

Expanding, as the family continues to grow, into different markets in a variety of geographical locations. We understand the importance of creating relationships across borders from the Unites States to all of Latin America, Oceania and even the Middle East and the rest of Asia. From enabling our providers with the right knowledge for farmers city to cities, to keeping up to date with codes and certifications for our livestock all the way to the treatment of the animals as lamb, pork, chicken and cattle across countries. To even creating relationships in the Crude Oil, Lithium and other minerals. Whether it’s Angus Cattle from the United States to a variety of meats and agriculture in countries like Mexico, Brazil, Honduras, Argentina, Paraguay, Australia etc., to petroleum across borders it’s important to us to be present from the raising or pumping to the distribution logistics and shipping. Today “CL DIST” has continued to be a signature distribution company now operating under Morpho for all of its business dealings internationally.
